Now What?

I hope that talking about all those table settings pieces did more than make you want to eat food? If you answered all those questions you face the potential to produce a new way of seeing what perhaps was hidden before.

Maybe you have come to recognize how much is really on your dinner plate and something about that has to change for greater health.

Maybe you realized it has been a long time since you can say you had a good belly laugh and really enjoyed life and you now have a longing for more of that.

Maybe you realized how you have been running on empty and it is going to take some tough thought work and intentionality to get back to living with full energy and enthusiasm again.

Maybe you have come to see how you have been creating a world where you are indespensible and that really does not feel very good or fufilling at all.

Maybe you have caught glimpses of where you can pour into others and raise up problem solvers and strategic thinkers and YES, you want to get on with that.

Wherever you are at, it is never too late to begin to make a change. Narrow it down to one step that you can take to begin that journey of change in order to experience less stress and a greater measure of peace, energy and knowledge of time well spent.
