My first call and experience to invest in others came at the age of 15. I was too young to take the leadership training that was being offered. The minimum age was 21!

I was so blessed to have my Mom, Irene Douglas, and Jesse Booth, who saw my heart to provide teaching and care for the kids in our neighbourhood. They made it possible for me to attend the Leadership Training Course offered in Calgary and contacted the College who made an exception and let me enrol.

That was the beginning of seeking to lean into how God had created me and to begin the journey of answer ing His call on my life.

​

So for 60 years I have continued to research, listen, hone my skills and allow God to bring the peopl into my life to influence and to be influenced by as we have 'become' together.

​

For most of my career, I was focused on building lives to live fully as God had created and called each one.

​

Today, my focus has shifted to create a trusted and safe place for women to experience what it means to embrace God, Reflect on His Intentions and Soar with His strengths as they share their journey in community with those they trust.
