Project 1: I am so excited to announce a new working relationship for me with Word Alive Press. My second book, Embracing Influence, is in the Developmental Edit Process. Planned availability is for late spring 2021.

Project 2: Early in 2021, What-if Leadership Journal will be undergoing a transformation and version 2 will be available later in 2021. It will have formatting changes, some content changes that reflect what you have been asking for and some added resources.
Project 3: I am looking for participants eager to develop their mentoring skills either as a mentor or as a mentee.The content is based on what I plan on being my third book - Right Sizing Your Life. It will be a competency based model ensuring that your knowledge becomes an investment not only in your gently aging self, but also in future generations.
